1. Bookings & Scheduling

  • All services are by appointment only and subject to availability.
  • A 10–15 minute arrival window may apply due to traffic or travel conditions.
  • Bookings via phone, email, or online form.
  • Regular appointments: preferred time held where possible but may require changes.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Cleaning packages are priced based on the full service provided, not the time spent. Every home and office is unique so durations are simply a guide and may vary depending on size, layout and condition.
  • Add-ons incur extra charges, confirmed prior to appointment.
  • Payment is due on the day of service via Square (payment link emailed after each clean).
  • Late fees may apply if overdue by more than 7 days.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • Cancellations within 24 hrs: $50 fee
  • No-shows charged full service rate.
  • If Good Home Cleaning Co. must cancel: no cancellation fee + 10% discount on rescheduled service.

4. Access to Your Home

  • Client must provide safe, reasonable access.
  • If the property is inaccessible at the time of service, it will be treated as a no-show.
  • Keys and access codes are handled with strict confidentiality.

5. Safety & Working Conditions

  • Valid Police Check held.
  • Heavy furniture will not be moved, and hazardous materials will not be handled.
  • Clients should pick up personal items and secure breakables before arrival.
  • Clients must disclose any internal cameras or monitoring systems that may be active during the service during the walkthrough or prior to commencement.

6. Products & Equipment

  • All products/equipment supplied unless client requests otherwise.
  • No liability for pre-existing damage or wear.

7. Service Scope & Limitations

  • Cleaning packages are priced based on the full service provided, not the time spent. Every home and office is unique so durations are simply a guide and may vary depending on size, layout and condition.
  • Deep cleans, heavy stain removal and mould or grout restoration are add-on services only and must be booked in advance.
  • Decluttering services are surface resets only; no disposal of items without consent.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Any concerns must be raised within 24 hours of service completion so they can be addressed promptly.

9. Privacy, Respect & Monitoring

  • Clients are encouraged to contact Good Home Cleaning Co. directly to allow a fair and timely resolution.
  • Personal information is never shared or sold.
